The Fountain of Energy at the Panama Pacific International Exposition of 1915 was created by sculptor, A. Stirling Colder. The fountain represents the completion of the Panama Canal. The earth rests upon a pedestal in the center of the pool supporting the figure of Energy riding through the four oceans.
